Rhoobi Studios is a team of builders who believe AI belongs in production — processing real volume, answering real calls, and making humans more awesome, not replacing them.
High-volume hiring is broken in the same way everywhere: applications pile up in inboxes, qualified candidates wait days for a call, repeat applicants get processed twice, and nobody can say which channel actually produced a hire.
We build the systems that fix that — and we make them simple enough that your team just uses them. Every application gets processed. Every call gets answered. Every dollar gets attributed. The teams we work with stop guessing and start operating.
Trucking is where the pain is loudest — and where we proved the model.
Driver recruiting runs on overwhelming volume: thousands of applications, calls at every hour, and ad spend with no clear answer to what it actually buys. Carriers were bleeding money into channels that never produced a single hire.
We started with the pipeline: pull every application from Indeed, strip PII before any model touched it, use LLMs to qualify and normalize, dedupe repeat applicants, and route clean records into the ATS recruiters already used.
Once the pipeline ran, everything else attached to it: AI voice agents to answer calls, AI-produced creative so ads actually sounded like the brand, and attribution so every channel got a verdict. One carrier became ten.
The stack was never trucking-specific. Any operation hiring hundreds of people a month has the same disease — we now build the same cure for warehouses, food service, healthcare, and beyond.
We don't build systems to replace people. We build them to remove the busywork — so your team spends its time on the work only people can do: conversations, judgment, relationships.
A model that processed one file in a notebook is a party trick. A pipeline that processed every applicant for a year is a system. We only count the second kind.
If a channel is burning money, we say so in plain language. Good, Fair, Problem — and the reasoning written out. Clients deserve verdicts, not vibes.
Every system we build is designed to serve many clients. That's how one carrier becomes ten, and how we can afford to build things properly the first time.
We don't replace your ATS, your CRM, or your recruiters. We feed them — with cleaner data, faster, and in the format they already understand.
Personal data is stripped and protected before any model ever sees it. Not a feature we bolt on later — a stage in the pipeline itself.
We didn't set out to build a product. We set out to fix a broken process for real clients — and the systems we built to fix it became the product. That's the only way we know how to build.
